COMMENTARY: The importance
of ‘DETACHMENT’: research
tells us that it is very important not to have any strong
mental attachments to things on earth on crossing over.
There could be some very good people with extremely
powerful attachment to things on earth – such
as the home they lived in or to the place where they
worked or to some other place. Psychologists tell us
that a powerful attachment to a thing is, ‘cathexis’.
You may have a good person who on crossing over and
finds strange things happening her mind takes her to
her powerful attachment – say, her home where
she lived for many, many years. That person may become
a ghost in her home, not wanting to leave her home.
Others in position of leadership or position have their
mind deeply linked and attached to their status in their
position. These are all candidates for becoming a ‘ghost’
– meaning they do not cross to the realm of the
light and realization. Ideally, we all should learn
how to become detached from other people (not loved
ones of course), from power, authority, status, physical
things and even ideas. Keep an open mind and learn how
to perceive everything with true detached perception.
FEEDBACK QUESTION:

Victor: Whilst
no one can guarantee that entity who came through was
Michael Jackson, critical is the character and credibility
of who attested that it was Michael Jackson who came
through. Remember I mentioned that John Sloan gave us
his implied guarantee that it was Michael Jackson who
had a
message for the world. John Sloan is a no-nonsense afterlife
entity who has high credibility by the quality of the
answers he gives to questions. As to whether it was
Michael Jackson who came through - by way of an analogy:
what if a well known person rang you from overseas -
and you swore that it is the person who claims to be,
you would never be able to prove it. Cross examining
a person to identify a person is NO guarantee at all
that it is the person who claims to be. One would need
forensic investigation such as taking fingerprints,
doing voice correlations etc. But in this case, as with
other entities who claim they are very well known people,
you have to judge them on the credibility they present.
Remember, I ALWAYS stated that I give no guarantee that
those who come through are who they claim to be. We
have to judge them on their credibility and the quality
of information they give us.
THE CIRCLE FOR
HUMANITY HITS SECOND GEAR. Dr
Ken S and Roberto from New York have reported that since
they returned from their travels with us to France and
England their Circle for Humanity has moved to a new
level. What was particularly exciting for us was that
the Circle received cross validation from two of the
other Circles we sat with and was given advice on how
to progress. They continue to receive apports on a weekly
basis and are begining to experience other phenomena.
It's very
exciting to have an active physical mediumship group
geting results in the USA.
OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCES WITH

intensive care nurse from Swansea has published an academic
book about near death experiences following 10 years
of research. Dr Penny Sartori, who works at Singleton
and Morriston Hospitals in Swansea, has 15 accounts,
mainly from heart attack patients, of near-death experiences.
They include out-of-body occurrences, reports of a tunnel
leading to a bright light and meeting dead loved ones.
In another case a patient reported encountering a dead
relative who gave a message to pass on to another member
of the family who was still alive. Ms Sartori said the
information had stunned the receiver because it had
been a secret and it was impossible the patient had
prior knowledge of it. "All the current sceptical
arguments against near-death experiences were not supported
by the research," she said. The book, costing £85,
is intended for academic study and college libraries.

I'm coming across inconsistent information about something
I'm very interested in. As we progress after ‘death’
if we will, is it possible to sink to a lower level
by sinful motives after ‘death’?
Highly
reliable transmitted information states: "Oh yes.
There are many who do not progress for hundreds and
sometimes thousands of years who are still filled with
the desires of earth even when they have passed to the
world of spirit. Their lives are filled with greed and
desire, and they seek not to understand the laws of

Does a soul ever sink so low that it is extinguished

AFTER DEATH

FORGIVENESS:
Is there forgiveness in the afterlife?
“There
is forgiveness in your world and my world, but forgiveness
does not expiate wrongdoing. When a person who has committed
a wrong reaches the stage of asking for forgiveness,
it means that realization has dawned. But if he asks
for forgiveness and forgiveness is accorded him, that
does not mean that the act of wrong that was committed
has been expunged. It is purely cause and effect. The
act cannot be expunged until that which was wrong is
put right.”
BEING PSYCHIC AND BEING SPIRITUAL: There
is no link between being highly psychic and being highly
spiritual. A psychic, even a highly gifted psychic,
may not be spiritually advanced at all. It is very important
to make this distinction between spirituality and being
psychic. One does not have to be psychic to be highly
spiritual. There are so many people who confuse this
very important distinction. You may be impressed by
someone’s psychic gifts. But one has to be discriminating
about this: you would have to find more information
about the psychic or medium you are dealing with. Some
people think that a very popular medium demanding $2,000
for an hour’s reading is highly unspiritual, even
the medium may be a gifted psychic or a gifted medium.
It is always dangerous to make judgments on others.
If you feel uncomfortable about paying so much oney,
just do NOT go to that medium.
BEING RELIGIOUS, BEING SPIRITUAL: Strange as it may seem, one
may be religious but not necessarily
spiritual. Of course, someone who is spiritual does
not have to be religious. One would have thought that
being religious equals to be spiritual - that is NOT
the case. Whilst there would be many who are religious
and be reasonably spiritual, it is also true that one
can be dogmatic religious but very low on spiritualilty.
The characteristic
of being spiritual is being kind to others, being unselfish,
helping others without any thought of a reward - certainly
never be cruel in any way and always exemplary. Whereas
there are religious people who have come across being
cruel, selfish, oppressive, exploitiative. But one can
be religious and highly spiritual at the same time.
This would depend on the person him/herself.
