MATERIALISM vs SPIRITUALITY According to Silver Birch, who was passing on messages
from higher beings,
"Materialism, by its very nature,
is the worship of greed, selfishness, and cupidity, concerned
with the individual's pleasures and possessions to the
exclusion of thought or care for others who share this
planet...Materialism is responsible for antagonisms,
wars, jealousies. These are by-products of materialism
which proclaims that matter is all, death is the end
of human life, and therefore that it is logical to look
after
the things of matter."
This is the attitude of the character Lawrence Garfield in the movie "Other People's Money" who says "Make as much as you can. For as long as you can. Whoever has the most when he dies, WINS."
SPIRITUALITY is the understanding
that we are spirits having a human experience, that death
is just a transition to further experiences, and that
the purpose of this life is to love and unselfishly
help others. And we know that spiritual knowledge always
brings responsibility - because we are "ambassadors
of the Divine."

Last week we featured the very moving NDE of Jeff Olsen. This week another must-watch presentation from a doctor who was present when Jeff Olsen was brought into the ER after his car accident.

WHAT IS PHYSICAL MEDIUMSHIP?
Physical mediums produce phenomena that everyone present in the room can experience. These phenomena include cold breezes, knockings, table tipping, spirit lights, trumpet movements, scents, voices, transfigurations, apports, and materialisations ranging from hands to full figure and many other similar manifestations. ON SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS The Universal Spiritual Brother & Sisterhood explains that, due to the immensely
greater power of the mind in the spirit world, people who believe very determinedly,
for example, that there is no such thing as spirit life may face serious difficulties when
they pass on to the next life. For, instead of seeing their deceased loved ones
greeting them, they may not see them, or any spirits; they are suffering from spirit
blindness as a result of their strong belief and the power of their minds as spirits.
It is important to have an appropriate attitude to spirit life. Belief in it is not
necessary, but belief against it can be very problematic, especially in those cases
where spirits stubbornly hold on to their mistaken beliefs, sometimes for hundreds of
years or more. Having an open mind will enable new arrivals to discover the truth quickly. If a new
arrival feels “lost,” the best thing they can do is to mentally ask for help, for it will
surely come.

For many years, I have been studying the various
fields of parapsychology including near-death experiences
(NDEs), reincarnation, after-death communications (ADCs),
death-bed visions (DBVs), precognition, telepathy, clairvoyance,
psychokinesis, poltergeists, demonization, transdimensional
communications, physical and mental mediumship, etc.
I have read ninety-four of such books since I started
keeping track and in my top five is Dr. Victor Zammit's
book, "A
Lawyer Presents the Evidence for the Afterlife."I
have purchased multiple copies of his book and encouraged
others to read it.
One of my friends, who was basically agnostic before reading
it, now says he is excited about who we are and no longer
afraid of death. As any good lawyer would do, Dr. Zammit
thoroughly researched his case and gathered the best examples
of NDEs, ADCs, DBVs, mediums, and so on, all of which
are evidence for survival of consciousness after death.
And also like a good lawyer, he is concise. He makes his
case and leaves it in the hands of the jury (us) to decide.
It's a marvelous book. I enjoyed every page".
