COMMENTARY: THE HUGE SHIFT: No doubt, one can see there has been a 'huge shift' in the acceptance of the paranormal and the afterlife in West in the last twenty years. Surveys show more than 80% of people accept some aspect of the paranormal compared to some 50% per cent thirty years ago. More people to-day accept the paranormal than go to Church services on Sunday.

And although fewer people are going to Church, more people than ever say that they believe in the afterlife. Sociologist Andrew Greeley found in 1996 that 82% of American adults claimed to believe in life after death - up from 77 percent in 1973. Only 2% expressed outright disbelief.

The increase is not through theology, but through hard core evidence for the afterlife. The information once secret, is now coming out in many countries. NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY - WITHOUT A PARANORMAL RESOURCE: What is most peculiar is that whilst the major countries - Russia, China, the U.S. and others - as I have reported in the past - have conceded they successfully used very highly gifted psychics to obtain highly secret national security information, there is the occasional intelligence agency which claims it is 'hostile' to the paranormal. Why be hostile to something where it has been proven beyond doubt? Why?

1. COLOSSAL IGNORANCE: it is possible the leadership is just ignorant or highly negatively prejudiced against the paranormal based on 'tradition' and not on 'fact'. It is also possible that the intelligence agency's leadership is not competent in understanding what it takes to utilize the paranormal to obtain highly secret information.

2 . HIGHLY PLACED TRAITOR IN THE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY: in years gone by, a gifted medium told me that a highly placed paranormal-informed traitor inside the agency would oppose the use of gifted psychics because he would be exposed.
Theoretically, highly gifted forensic psychic-mediums do have the capacity and the skills to identify 'traitors' and 'moles' inside intelligence agancies. Makes sense.

Victor: Yes, that item, where gifted forensic Noreen Renier was successful in suing a closed minded skeptic. FBI operative supported Noreen Renier in court. The reference was taken from a book called THE BLUE SENSE - by Professor Marcello Truzzi - (a very highly regarded academic in the United States and very highly experienced in dealing with the paranormal) and Arthur Lyons, page 7, MYSTERIOUS PRESS, New York, published by Warner Books, Time Warner Company, 1991. Interesting, closed minded materialists do not want to accept the merits of this case- they imply the FBI operative and the judge and jury were bribed, the police were fraudulent and the Network was in conspiracy with them - that's the skeptics showing they're irreversibly going down the gurgler.
