GOD
- THE PROOF
LAWYER PRESENTS THE
IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE FOR GOD
I am a retired lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales,
Australia. I applied my professional skills to investigate
whether or not God exists – from a lawyer's perspective.
And like many great scientists, after investigating,
I accepted that the evidence for the existence of God –
the creator of all things seen and unseen – is beyond
any doubt. My argument is not based on religion. Religious
beliefs are taken from books written thousands of years ago
– at a time where many beliefs were not supported by
independent, objective, verifiable, repeatable evidence.
I use empiricism – objective methodology – to
ascertain the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
In every civilization that ever existed, it has been accepted
that there is a greatness and extreme intelligence and perfection
in life that is beyond human understanding. We look at the
Earth itself - the deepest oceans and gigantic mountains.
We marvel at the trees, plants and beautiful flowers –
the wondrous diversity of animal life – at the miracle
of consciousness, evolution, physical and mental growth at
all levels.
And inevitably we look to the sky and wonder of the immensity
of the universe - the sun, the stars, the moon and planets
– all at perfect distances from earth. And looking at
the evidence, theists claim that the a great unknown force
– a unified consciousness that some call “God”
- is responsible for creating and maintaining all of creation.
Atheistic scientists keep trying to promote the idea that
all the great wonders of the universe came about by ‘chance’
or by ‘unguided evolution,’ or ‘by something
we have not worked out yet’.
But as we learn more about the immense size and complexity
of the universe, this idea that everything came ‘out
of nothing’ - by ‘chance’ or ‘unguided
evolution’ becomes more and more untenable. From the
many thousands of most impressive phenomena in existence,
I chose just fourteen that demonstrate EXTREME INTELLIGENCE
- also EXTREME ENERGY, PERFECT ORDER, GREATEST POWER, GREAT
SPEED – ETERNAL LAWS - ALL BEYOND HUMAN UNDERSTANDING
- that together constitute the most powerful evidence for
the existence of God.

In the nineteen sixties, seventies and eighties, Professor
Anthony Flew was considered “The world’s most
notorious atheist”, a more negatively dogmatic atheist
than today’s Prof Dawkins. Yet in 2004, Prof. Flew finally
conceded the existence of God after examining arguments similar
to those below.
1. DNA - its huge complexity
This was the fact that finally broke Anthony Flew’s
extreme atheism. He marvelled at the fact that within every
cell of your body, there is a code THREE BILLION
letters long which instructs the cell on how to develop. This
is truly extreme intelligence beyond human understanding and
beyond chance.
2. THE ELECTRON
I would ask any atheist today to explain the source
of the huge amount of energy and immense intelligence which
propels electrons around the nucleus of atoms – travelling
spectacularly at over 2,000 kilometers per second.
No atheist can explain where the immense energy comes from,
nor how the electron’s speed can be guided and maintained.
3. THE COMPLEXITY OF THE HUMAN BODY
Every year we are learning more about the extreme intelligence
that controls, maintains and directs the huge THIRTY
TRILLION cells in the human body and the incredible
complexity with which the body works to synchronize, maintain,
heal and reproduce itself. Promoters of atheism like Dawkins
impute that this is the result of chance or by information
‘we will get to know in the future’ – something
other informed observers say is ridiculous.
4. SPEED OF LIGHT
What or who initiated and intelligently controls
and maintains the speed of light at 300,000 kilometers per
second?

EARTH’S SPEED AROUND THE
SUN
The earth spins (rotates) at a speed of about 1,000 miles (1600 kilometers) per hour and orbits the Sun with absolute perfection at a speed of about '67,000 miles (107,000 kilometers)'per hour. All inevitably directed by the Super Mind.
6. ALL ENERGY AND THE LAWS OF THE
UNIVERSE: The immense energy and the laws of the
universe for the control of all planets, suns, galaxies
and stars and all the intelligence on earth are beyond human
understanding. Atheists impute vaguely, it’s all “cosmological
science” which is yet to be understood. But as a lawyer
I can tell atheists that because there are laws everywhere
in the universe and on planet earth, inevitably, there has
to be a ‘lawmaker’.
7. CONSCIOUSNESS: This is what scientists
call “the hard problem” and is currently the
subject of many international conferences. No-one has been
able to provide any mechanism to explain how a collection
of physical cells suddenly become intelligently conscious.
8. 100 BILLION BRAIN CELLS
Experts tell us there are 'a billion, billion, billion atoms in our physical body'. Theists state that these atoms are all highly intelligently directed and controlled by God's 'Super Mind' to fulfil specific functions for the atoms to harmoniously develop into human organs. There is no chaos at all.
Your brain contains about 100 billion microscopic
cells called neurons—so many it would
take you over 3,000 years to count them all. ...The
average cell contains 100 trillion atoms all intelligently
directed to fulfil their function.
9. THE HUMAN HEART
‘A healthy heart
contraction happens in five stages. In the first stage (early
diastole), the heart is relaxed. Then the atrium contracts
(atrial systole) to push blood into the ventricle. Next,
the ventricles start contracting without changing volume.
Then the ventricles continue contracting while empty. Finally,
the ventricles stop contracting and relax. Then the cycle
repeats. Valves prevent back flow, keeping the blood flowing
in one direction through the heart.’ Was this extremely
high intelligence in the heart ‘made by itself’? Or by ‘nature?’... Or by God?
10. SOLAR SYSTEM
Our sun - in fact, our
whole solar system - orbits around the center of the Milky
Way Galaxy moving at a staggering average velocity
of 828,000 km/hr. Who is responsible for this high
intelligence of the motion of the solar system? As brilliant
scientists and others state – only the ultimately
positive energy of God could produce that kind of phenomena.
11. OUR GALAXY
And how fast is the Milky
Way Galaxy moving? The speed turns out to be an astounding
1.3 million miles per hour (2.1 million km/hr)!
Where did the immensely huge intelligence that
controls all this come from?
12. THE SIZE OF THE UNIVERSE: The photographs
that were received from the Hubble space telescope in 1996
expanded our understanding of the immensity of the universe
and shocked mankind. One Hubble ultra-deep-field
picture of 1/13 millionth of the sky identified 10,000 galaxies,
each with 100 billion stars.
Experts tell us there are about '10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000' planets in the universe. All of these planets in the universe orbit perfectly around different stars as part of their own galaxies.
Since then
astronomers have calculated the size of the known universe
at 93,508 billion light years. The human
mind cannot comprehend that. The Super Mind – God - directs and controls all this.
13. EVOLUTION
Whilst all
scientists accept that there is a mysterious powerful universal
energy behind evolution, only theistic scientists accept
the explanation that the power comes from the huge universal
consciousness called God. Atheists have no credibility when
they claim “nature is like that.”
CONCLUSION
I can give you more stunning figures, but just the above examples would be sufficient for an intelligent person to accept that there has to be a 'Super Mind' - Consciousness - God- which is controlling everything - including the planetary direction, order, the speed of the planets - and all the billions and trillions of atoms in the universe wherever they may be.
Atheists usually keep quiet about order in the universe and about all the figures given above. Other atheists make the claim, without evidence, that the atoms, the cells, the stars – 'self-create and initiate all their energy and order themselves' to travel at such fantastic speed with absolute direction and perfection.
Materialist scientists show they are only
familiar with ‘material physics’. They are totally
ignorant of the ‘non-material physics.’
However, there have been more than two hundred eminent brilliant
scientists, advanced thinkers, who accept the non-material
physics, and who have taken the energy of psychical phenomena
seriously - including many Nobel Prize winners. See list

Remember, we are using our own human intelligent minds - which are very limited. Professor Flew notes in his stated book that many leading scientists to-day “have built a philosophically compelling vision of a rational universe that sprang from a divine mind. Eminent scientists and former atheistic scientific thinkers such as Max Planck, Erwin Schrodinger, Werner Heisenberg, Paul Davies, Francis Collins, John Polkinghorne, Roger Penrose and Stephen Hawking all acknowledge that there must be more to reality than what is offered in materialist world view.”
One of the biggest arguments atheists raise against the existence of God is the claim that there cannot be a God with all the suffering, starvation, violence and wars which are a feature of life on earth.
But many enlightened people, including scientists, have stated that all this can be explained once we understand that the material universe is just one of a number of dimensions including the realms which we call "The Afterlife".
