COMMENTARY-
PROMINENT MEDIUM DEBBIE MALONE DEFAMED
BY UNINFORMED SKEPTIC:
Brilliant and highly respected Australian medium Debbie
Malone was maliciously defamed by a cynical, uninformed
radio broadcaster in Perth a few days ago. A Perth broadcaster
called Debbie a “liar”. In Australia - as
in the United States and the United Kingdom, calling
a public figure a “LIAR” is actionable per
se. Two Supreme Court enforceable New South Wales
(Sydney) precedents confirm that - Page v Denzy
and Morosi v 2GB, (et al.) This applies even
when the skeptic 'co-defendant' broadcastesr subsequently
apologized on radio after the truth about Debbie came
out, saying words to the effect that he was stupid for
calling a gifted medium a 'liar'. Debbie does NOT have
to prove anything in this case because the broadcaster
ADMITTED he was guilty when he apologized for calling
her a liar! At Supreme Court level, that would usually
bring in 'punitive' as well as 'exemplary' damages.
This radio announcer used
his professional time on radio willfully and intentionally
to deliberately and maliciously denigrate a gifted psychic
medium. That is unfair, unjust, inequitable –
and illegal. Damages against the radio station and the
transgressor as a joint-defendant would be relatively
significantly substantive - but slightly reduced only
because the offender apologized for his defamatory remarks.
Legal and other observers state however, that the very
brief apology by the offender did not equal the intensity
of the attack against Debbie. That would be reflected
in the quantum - the damages in favor of Debbie - who
has six years to take action against the offender.
The offender cannot claim a defence that he obtained
the information from a 'very high source' - that's totally
irrelevant and immaterial. The test of defamation is
whether he called her a liar, not where the information
supposedly came from. There would also be the issue
of professional negligence on the part of the broadcaster
for not being professional in his research about the
matter.
Those skeptics and materialists
in the media who are deeply negatively entrenched against
the so-called 'paranormal' should get their facts right
and investigate to get themselves professionally
informed that the paranormal has been repeatedly
scientifically validated. As a start they could read
some of the scientific research
papers on mediumship published on the Windbridge
Institute site http://www.windbridge.org.
Absolutely, the Courts would accept that. Those who
watch PSYCHIC DETECTIVES on cable television watch –
virtually every day – watch some senior police
officers in the United States stating that if it were
not for the gifted psychic the crime would not have
been solved. For years Australian viewers have been
shown police accepting assistance from gifted psychics.
Australian police ARE using psychics in many parts of

2012 BE DISASTROUS FOR US?
There is a lot of talk about the Mayan Calendar which
ends on December 12 2012
that there is going to be some horrific things happening
to planet earth. Some people are genuinely scared of
this time – they show anxiety that they themselves
could be adversely affected this time. Is this real?

Some cite the cosmic configuration that really bad things

number of young children in South East Nigeria are branded
‘evil’, they are beaten, tortured and many
of them have been maimed and brutally killed in the
name of Jesus. Some 15,000 children are supposed to
be ‘witches’ and their fate looks extremely
grim. What happened is that there are some extreme ‘Christian
Pentacostals’ who are committing most horrific
crimes – for money! They call themselves ‘exorcists’
and for a price they claim they can exorcise the bad
spirits from out of these children. One of them was
seen dressed in a Bishop – outfit, Bishop Ulup-Aya
(apparently now arrested) boasted he killed up to over
110 young children because he THOUGHT (ie, CONCLUSION
WITHOUT EVIDENCE) they had bad spirits with them –
and their parents could not afford to pay him. He gets
some $340 for each case he handles. Other children as
young as six months have been maimed on the word of
this Bishop Ulup Aya. Those who are inflicting pain,
suffering and torture on to children are quoting the
Bible! There is a heavy Christian responsibility on
to stop this madness. ALL leaders of Christianity from
every sect, from everywhere – the Catholics, Anglicans
and other Christian have to send representatives to
stop the slaughter of the innocents. These atrocities
have to be stopped now!
