COMMENTARY: REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE When we start to feel fearful and overwhelmed by the state of the world, it may be helpful to keep coming back to the essential truth of who and what we are. All of the evidence supports the conclusion that we lived before we incarnated here, that we chose to be here at this time, that there is no death and that we are all eternal beings and part of the great spirit. There is NOTHING that can take that away from ourselves and our loved ones.
Even in the current dark times, all the spiritual teachers past and present are united in telling us to avoid getting caught up in the drama on the big screen of our lives. Over and over the message is that it's just an experience and "DO NOT BE AFRAID". They ask us to take whatever action we can to support our principles, to help those who need help as well as spending time in prayer and meditation to raise our vibrations and the collective consciousness of humanity.

Spirit Search and Rescue with Gordon Phinn
The Spirit Search and Rescue group is held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 3 p.m. Eastern US time ( 10 p.m. London time).
Gordon is teaching the technique of conscious meditation to connect and assist souls needing help to complete their crossing over following death of the physical body. Each session contains an introduction, a period of around 15 minutes for conscious meditation (during which Gordon joins each group member in turn to observe their work) and then a de-brief session.
