COMMENTARY: SAVING THE HISTORY OF PHYSICAL MEDIUMSHIP So many people today, even committed Spiritualists, do not know that Spiritualism was founded on physical mediumship. They are unaware that genuine physical mediums have been responsible for giving hundreds of thousands of people from all walks of life (including some of the world's greatest scientists) the absolute certainty that death is simply a transition to a continuing life on a different vibration.
Because so much of the detail of the work of the great mediums and spiritual healers of the past
has been lost, we are especially pleased to learn of the creation of a new website that hosts the complete archive of the Noah's Ark Society.
As Susan Farrow writes:
"The NAS was founded in 1990 to promote the understanding and development of physical mediumship. It flourished for over fourteen years until its eventual closure in 2004. During the fourteen years of its existence, no fewer than one hundred and thirty-nine journals were produced, covering every aspect of PM, including its history, mediums, phenomena, home development circles, public seances and much more."

DR. HARE AND MRS HAYDEN - A DOCUMENTARY BY DR. KEITH PARSONS When modern Spiritualism took off in Hydesville, upper New York State, in 1848, interest in it grew quickly. This documentary looks at two early characters involved in its growth. Dr. Robert Hare, a Professor of Chemistry, was a psychical investigator - initially a skeptic. Mrs. Maria B. Hayden was a medium from Boston - the first person to bring American Spiritualism into Britain. Keith Parsons has made numerous 'afterlife evidence' videos.

dreams." Others see a vision of their child at
a young age, and later, when the child is born and grows

at a time when he was hospitalized for drug and alcohol
issues, he had a vision of a three-year-old girl in a
