OVERCOMING EARLY PROGRAMMINGWhat we accept and reject is usually determined
by the environmental programming we receive while growing
up. Pure chance makes us perceive the world as we do.
For example, sociologists say that if they know the
year and place of our birth, the socioeconomic status
of our parents and our educational details, they can
predict our beliefs and how we will vote.
When it comes to our attitude to the afterlife, is it
possible to rise above our conditioning? After all there

not being fooled?

PROFESSOR
ARCHIE ROY AND TRICIA ROBERTSON (pictured
left and right) completed a five year study of mediums
in a project called PRISM (Psychic research Involving
Selected Mediums). This resulted in three peer reviewed
papers in the Society for Psychical Research Journal.
The third paper showed that, even in triple blind conditions,
a good medium can deliver relevant information to a sitter
with odds against chance being a million to one.

DR. HELEN WAMBACH ON PAST LIFE
REGRESSION Dr
Helen Wambach was a skeptic who
in 1975 undertook a major study of past life regressions.
By doing a scientific analysis on the past lives reported
by her 10,000 plus volunteers she came up with some startling
evidence in favor of reincarnation:
• 50.6 % of the past
lives reported were male and 49.4 % were female—this
is exactly in accordance with biological fact
• the number of people reporting upper class or
comfortable lives was in exactly the same proportion to
the estimates of historians of the class distribution
of the period
• the recall by subjects of clothing, footwear,
type of food and utensils used was better than that in
popular history books. She found over and over again that
her subjects knew better than most historians—when
she went to obscure experts her subjects were invariably
correct.
Her conclusion was: ‘I don't believe in reincarnation—I

QUESTION: My question
is: 1) what happens to the spirituality of soldiers
who kill or maim others in battle?
2) In particular, what about the crew of the Enola Gay
which dropped the atomic bombs on Hiroshima/Nagasaki?
Victor: This interesting
question was answered by a highly credible afterlife
teacher, Silver Birch.
1) A soldier (or a pilot) who does not think
he/she is doing wrong by killing or maiming the ‘enemy’
is not likely to be accountable for the killings and
the maiming. But, if someone knows he/she is doing wrong
by killing another human being – then that person
will feel guilt which will cause him problems.
2) The same goes for the pilots and whoever
was involved in the planning and dropping the atomic
bombs on Japan. This is also qualified by the principle
that we do have a right to protect ourselves –
and if someone is about to kill you or invade your country,
you do have the right to deal with the matter according
to the provocation – there will not be karmic
consequences.

have discovered the power of thought, especially focused
group thought. Scientific studies of the placebo and
nocebo effect, as well as the work of Masaru Emoto (water

1) I watched
the video on Charity Water with tears in my eyes and
