COMMENTARY: THE IMPORTANCE OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS
SPEAKING OUT For some time IANDS (The
International Association for Near-Death Experiences)
has been working to encourage doctors and nurses to understand
and speak out about Near-Death Experiences. They
have even produced a medical
training video. Fortunately a number of medical professionals
have listened to what their patients have told them and
have become interested in researching NDEs.
But this is only a start. As the front-line caregivers
who deal with life and death on a daily basis it is time
for medical professionals to come out of the closet about
their many afterlife experiences. In a 2005 survey of
1,044 doctors in the USA, 76 percent said they believe
in God, 59 percent said they believe in some sort of afterlife,
and 55 percent said their religious beliefs influence
how they practice medicine. A recent book by Dr.
Scott Kolbaba includes experiences by 27 physicians
(he actually gathered experiences from 200). Yet the culture
of the medical profession pressures staff to keep their
experiences to themselves.
While NDEs are important, there are some other NINETEEN
areas of afterlife evidence which medical staff need to
know about in order to help their patients the way that
the doctors and nurses in the following inspiring video
have been able to.
WONDERFUL DISCUSSION: PHYSICIANS
ON HOW THEY HANDLE NDES IN THEIR MEDICAL PRACTICE Physician
panelists Mary Neal, Rebecca Valla, James Kwako and Rajiv
Parti will share how near-death experiences and knowledge
of the afterlife have impacted their practices.
NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCES: DOCTORS WHO DIE AND COME BACK
A number of medical doctors
have had their own near-death experiences which have changed
the way that they look at death and dying. Here are links
to video testimonies by five who were brave enough to
risk the backlash of their colleagues by sharing them:

Mary Neal, Dr.
Anthony Cicoria Dr
Eben Alexander, Dr
George Ritchie.
FRENCH ANESTHESIOLOGIST TALKS ABOUT NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCES
"Although I was a scientist
and a highly technical medical specialist, I finally admitted
that death is only an obligatory passage to an unknown
destination. Unfortunately, the truth about the afterlife
is not obvious to everyone." Dr.
Jean Jacques Charbonier has written a number of books
about the afterlife, one of which, 7
Reasons to Believe in the Afterlife is available in
English.
SANDRA CHAMPLAIN INTERVIEWS ROBERTA GRIMES
Business attorney Roberta Grimes has spent most of her
life studying and writing about death and the reality
of the afterlife. She is the author of many great books
including "The
Fun of Dying - Find Out What Really Happens Next"
and hosts her own radio show called "Seek
Reality with Roberta Grimes". Roberta is the
Vice President of The Afterlife Research and Education
Institute and will be one of the speakers at the AREI
Symposium this September in Scottsdale Arizona.
TERMINAL LUCIDITY - EVIDENCE OF THE MIND SEPARATE FROM
THE BRAIN?
Alex
Tsakiris interviews Dr. Michael Nahm to discuss his
reports on patients who have brain damage but suddenly
experience brief periods of unexplainable lucidity immediately
before death. Many researchers feel that this is evidence
of the existence of a mind separate from the brain.
Alex Tsakiris makes the point that researchers need
to pay more attention to the experiences of nurses who
work with the dying who see these and other nearing-death
experiences frequently. Read
transcript and listen.
TYPES
OF AFTER DEATH CONTACT Recent research shows
that people who die make their presence known in a number
of ways: (1) Sensing their presence (2) Hearing their voice - clairaudiently
and through Electronic Voice Phenomena (3) Feeling their touch (4) 'Smelling' - having same smell
when on earth (5) Seeing them as if they were real (6) Seeing a flat vision of them like
a photo (7) Experiencing one of these while
half-asleep (8) Having a visit in a dream - but
the dream is unusually vivid and you do not forget it
like a normal dream (9) Having an out-of-body experience
and meeting them (10) Receiving a telephone call from
the person who died (ITC - two-way conversations have
actually been reported) (11) Experiencing electrical appliances
such as lights, TVs, and radios going on and off (12) Seeing crossed over afterlife
residents on a television screen by way of Instrumental
Trans-communication (ITC) 13) Actually meeting
afterlife residents when they materialize and be reunited
with loved ones,

REPAIR AND REATTACHMENT THERAPY
Rochelle Wright, a Washington-state
licensed psychotherapist, has developed a procedure to
help clients communicate with loved ones for whom they
are grieving. It is successful with 98% of the clients
who experience it. Rochelle will be doing a presentation
and offering a workshop for therapists at the 2017 AREI
SYmposium. You can read actual accounts of Repair &
Reattachment Grief Therapy sessions the clients have given
permission to share. Read

QUESTION: Victor, I
have a serious question about a problem I have. My husband
ridicules anything to do with the paranormal, the afterlife,
religion or anything to do with the spiritual. Any hints
on how to handle him?
Victor:
This is a real problem for a lot of people
who have family members deeply influenced by materialism.
First, it is critical to state that there has never
ever been anyone in this world — no scientist, no philosopher,
no theologian or anybody else — who has shown or proven
that the afterlife does not or cannot exist. On the
contrary, there have been and there are scientists and
empiricists who have shown that the afterlife exists.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE DIE
Just this week I met a good religious
person who told me that she has
no idea what the afterlife is like. She told me her friends
in the Bible Studies Group gave the impression the afterlife
is full of angels praying and singing to God... Not quite.
Here is something I relate to those religious people who
have no idea about the afterlife. It was transmitted directly
from the afterlife by our highly credible friend, Mons
Hugh Benson. What he says is consistent with what we have
heard from other highly credible, spiritually advanced
afterlife residents.
"... so many souls of the world are almost shocked
to be told that the spirit world is a solid world, a substantial
world, with real, live people in it. They think that that
is far too material, far too like the earth world; hardly,
in fact one step removed from it with its spirit landscape
and sunshine, its houses and buildings, its rivers and
lakes, inhabited by sentient, intelligent beings"
(people from earth).
CELEBRITIES WHO WITNESSED UFO'S:
JOHN
LENNON The former Beatle
was in New York in 1975 when he saw, in his own words,
something that "... was not a helicopter and it
was not a balloon ... it had light bulbs just going
on and off, on and off ..." He said the UFO "went
down the river, turned right,
at the United Nations .. turned left down the river
... " Lennon also made reference to the sighting
in the sleeve notes to his 1974 album Walls and
Bridges " ... on the 23rd August 1974 at 9
o'clock, I saw a UFO ..."
STAFFORD BETTY ON SPIRIT ATTACHMENT,
POSSESSION AND POLTERGEIST
Dr. Betty claims that earthbound spirits can attach themselves
to living people and influence them negatively.
DOES OUR OWN ETHERIC-SPIRIT
(SOUL) SLEEP AS WE DO WHEN WE GO TO SLEEP? As
the body does not need the spirit when the body sleeps,
the spirit is freed to roam and travel the afterlife
dimension to catch up with loved ones. Sometimes the
spirits of those who are highly motivated to evolve
actually do work while their bodies are asleep.
ON CROSSING OVER TO THE AFTERLIFE
DIMENSION DO WE RETAIN OUR HUMAN EMOTIONS AND PASSIONS?
When we cross over, our level of spirituality will determine
a number of things. In a spiritually advanced person
who has learned to focus on love, forgiveness and gratitude,
the vibrations would be relatively high. Negative emotions
will not be a problem because they can very easily be
controlled. But, for those who have not learned emotional
control, negative emotions like anger, aggression, jealousy
and shame could be a problem at first because we are
told that they are even more intensely felt than while
in the body. Of course, over time, people who accept
the help that is offered are able to let go of the negative
emotions and see things from a different perspective.
LEARNING TO LOVE: PRISON ANIMAL PROGRAMS
A number of prisons in different countries are running
highly
successful programs that pair inmates with dogs, cats
and even horses. Not only does it save the animals' lives
— it also gives the inmates
responsibility and a companion who doesn't judge them
but gives them unconditional love.
1) Nice to se the table tilting in the daylight and under
control Thank you, thank you for the Friday report. Marion

2) I especially enjoyed this week's report with your article
on Xenoglossy. Although in my case, it's not considered
Xenoglossy, it's important to share the possibilities
that our mind is wide open and we can indeed grasp-accept
so much more than we have been taught. Janet
3) Victor. I greatly appreciate all the work you do to
bring us news of the afterlife. I am even more happy to
receive the newsletter since the death of my husband,
who died from cancer on February 28th. Ann
