COMMENTARY: GIFTED PSYCHICS PROVIDE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE TO SOLVE CRIME - NOW CONFIRMED BY THE POLICE AND ADMISSIBLE IN A COURT OF LAW: The last few weeks' cross-examination of a notorious closed minded skeptic raised a great deal of interest. One interesting question asked is whether the comments by police about gifted psychics would be admissible in a court of law. Of course those comments are admissible evidence. Usually defence lawyers would not want to cross examine senior police officers who swear under oath that psychics asked by them to assist in the police cases provided the physical evidence which solved the crimes they were investigating. Defence lawyers FEAR that the police are very highly credible in what they say about the gifted psychics. Police from everywhere in the United States are on record for saying that psychics were critical in solving crimes.

The cross examination I included last week were taken from ACTUAL cases, actual senior police and detectives and from what these senior police officers actually stated about the gifted psychics they worked with -see the updated Part 5 of CROSS-EXAMINATIONS. Further:-

PSYCHIC'S EVIDENCE ACCEPTED BY THE COURT Gifted psychic Rosemary Kerr was called to testify AS A PSYCHIC against the accused in the Andre Daigel case led by Captain Jim Gallaghar of Kenner Police Department in New Orleans. He said that the psychic produced physical evidence - told the police about the murderers, where the body was buried. All members of the jury accepted the psychic's evidence. This same police captain said, "I was a skeptic prior to this case ... but now I fully accept gifted psychics' contribution towards helping solve crimes."

AFTER DEATH CONTACTS
Many millions of people have seen or heard a person or an animal after they have died. Very often people will tell you that someone they loved appeared at the foot of their bed and told them that they had just died. In many cases the death was unexpected and the person had died a short time before. These after death contacts have been studied scientifically since 1882. At that time 32,000 cases were recorded, 17,000 in English. It was published in Volume X of the English Society for Psychical Research Proceedings (1894). Further studies were carried out by the American Society for Psychical Research and by the French researcher Camille Flammarion who compiled thousands of cases in his books The Unknown (1900) and Death and Its Mystery (1925). TRAGEDY IN NORWAY- an afterlife view: Political extremist Norwegian mass killer Anders Behring Breivik planned and executed people without a trace of remorse. People everywhere are shocked by this event in Norway and are trying to make sense of it. It is totally out of character with Norway which is usually a peaceful country. The record shows this terrorist was filled with hatred and consistently playing computer games of extreme violence. The problem with that is we are informed from the other-side that "like attracts like" - meaning that he could have very easily attracted powerful negative energies which could influence him and amplify his hatred. We have to remember, that highly reliable information transmitted from the other side tells us that on crossing over, nothing absolutely changes our character. This means that vicious, brutal, aggressive murderers who are killed (or executed) are very likely to end up close to the Earth plane- where they can do a huge amount of harm by influencing those of like mind still living. ON BEING 'GAY': Over the last twentyone years I received a number of emails asking whether being gay will affect what will happens to a person in the afterlife. Highly reliable information transmitted from the afterlife tells us that sexual preference will make no difference on crossing over. Whether one is gay or heterosexual, the critical thing is how much love we have shown, how much unselfish work we did for others, how many people we tried to help. Some religious fundamentalists are against homosexuality- but they make up their OWN rules. Studies have shown that in every culture a significant percentage of people are gay. Various theories suggest that sexuality may not be a matter of free will but genes, hormones and birth order- see video on the scientific findings. Ultimately, it is the spiritual life that will be immediately critical on crossing over - not our beliefs or sexual preference.

PSYCHIC SPIES IN CHINA, RUSSIA AND THE USA
I met a Chinese student who confirmed to me that in China, all schoolchildren are given tests for their potential psychic abilities. We know that China takes psychic matters seriously - especially when reports tell us that the Chinese military has been very successful using psychics. No doubt, because the Chinese have a huge population, they are likely to identify more psychics than anybody else in the world. We also know that any country which masters the paranormal will rule the world without firing a shot. This may take time for those in power in the West who are against the paranormal to fully understand this - but then when they eventually do understand, it is very likely to be far too late to catch up with truly advanced military psychics. In the past, Russia's KGB were using psychic spies especially during the cold war. Nothing has come down our way if the present Russians are using the paranormal for their military objectives. Anyone who has the information and wants to share with others, please feel free to pass the information. Sadly, in the U.S. the uninformed closed minded materialist skeptics used their influence to vastly reduce government-sponsored scientific paranormal in the U.S. (read more). PSYCHIC DETECTIVES - SENIOR POLICE CONFIRM GIFTED PSYCHICS PROVIDE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE TO SOLVE CRIME: Assistant District Attorney Kurt Hameline of Oneida County stated words to the effect that using gifted psychics was critical in providing physical evidence to catch murderers. HUMOUR!!! PUB SUES LOCAL CHURCH OVER LIGHTNING STRIKE!
Drummond's Bar began construction on an expansion of their building to increase their business. In response, the local Baptist Church started a campaign to block the bar from expanding with petitions and prayers. Work progressed right up until the week before the grand reopening when lightning struck the bar and it burned to the ground! After the bar burned to the ground by the lightning strike, the church folks were rather smug in their outlook, bragging about "the power of prayer," until the bar owner sued the church on the grounds that the church "was ultimately responsible for the demise of his building, either through direct or indirect actions or means." In its reply to the court, the church vehemently denied all responsibility or any connection to the building's demise. The judge read through the plaintiff's complaint and the defendant's reply, and at the opening hearing he commented, "I don't know how I'm going to decide this, but it appears from the paperwork that we have a bar owner who believes in the power of prayer and an entire church congregation that now does not."
